We take trade-ins on most writers. These situations require filling out our sell-your-equipment form and getting an individualized quote.  Just indicate on the form which writer you are interested in trading for. Free UPS ground shipping is included with most writer trade-ins. We will check-in and test the writer when it's received.*  If you already purchased, then we will apply the credit to your original payment source within 2-3 business days.  If you haven't yet purchased, we will create a coupon code for you to use at checkout.
