Ergonomics -- A Feel-Better Design

With so many Reporters suffering needlessly for so many years, the I.E. provides you not only with every feature you could ever hope for, but it provides you with one thing you can't find anywhere else:  The I.E. gives your back proper body positioning, thereby reducing -- and in many cases eliminating -- the aches, pains, and body stress that go along with writing. Spread the two halves apart and eliminate your neck and upper back strain. Twist, turn, and tilt the modules to protect and eliminate stress on your writs and arms.  Finally you can sit back in your chair, as our design puts the tripod in the back of the machine, allowing you 6.5” of room to be able to scoot your machine closer to your body.

Quadruple Electronic Backups

Steno, timestamps, and audio backup of the most recent 4,500,000 pages of steno are saved on three externally accessible memory cards and an on-board memory backup.  Steno and timestamps are also stored in an 8 gigabyte internal memory store in the event the external memory cards are removed.  External memory slots offer support for cardsup to 32 GB in size three 4 GB backup cards are included in the writer, in addition to the 8 GB on-board storage.

On-Board Translation Supports OneMaster Dictionary And Up To TwoJob Dictionaries

Load any major CAT software’s RTF dictionary for easy translation. Insert your SD card with your RTF dictionary saved on it, and import it in one easy step. With our unique multiple-job dictionary format, you control the translation order, allowing for better and more accurate on-screen translations.

Audio Recording/Amplification/Playback

Leaving your computer at home is not a problem.  The Infinity Ergonomic records audio and gives you the ability to monitor and amplify sound for those tough-to-hear environments. Start, pause, and stop as desired. Play back the synchronized audio privately to your own headset or through speakers, if you choose to share it with the participants. Microphone, headsets, and speakers are sold separately.
