Stenograph® Corp. Discontinues Batteries for Stenturas®
Stenograph®has quietly discontinued sales of new Stentura® batteries. In our opinion this is part of a continuing effort by the manufacturer to try and force Court Reporters to purchase new updated equipment.
The good news is that the Ni-Cad batteries for the Stenturas® are easily replaced. StenoWork's has been offering recycled batteries for years which have the same capacity as the new batteries. We are now offering $20.00 for one used Stentura® battery when you purchase a new recycled battery and $7.50 for any additional batteries. By recycling you are saving the environment and also getting a new battery.
