These are brand new NI-MH rechargeable battery cells in a used plastic pack for any Stenograph Elan Cybra.   We are the manufacturer of these packs and we stand behind them 100%.   A battery pack that has been tested and is guaranteed to perform like the original pack shipped with the machine when it was new.  Even if you plug in the machine normally it's still a good idea to have a working functional battery pack.
