Machine is working great with no issues mechanically or cosmetically. StenoWorks will guarantee the machine to be working correctly when you receive it. Unlike some of our other writers, we do not service and support the Passport Touch, so we highly recommend the user contact Advantage and purchase a support agreement with Advantage. Here are support options from Advantage: Support Plans
Machine is configured with a double wide * and wide DZ keytops, raised vowels(can be changed by end user), and a full lowered command key on the far left. Any changes to the key configuration must be made through Advantage software and may require a Support Plan.
Included with package are the following accessories: carrying case, tilting tripod, USB realtime cable, charger, card reader, Microphone, USB drive, screen cleaner, CD with drivers and manual.
