I have used the HGM-USB for the past week and thought it was awesome and then today happened. A meeting in a lecture hall at LSU. I'm at least 50 feet away from everyone speaking and even with the use of the microphone system, I can barely hear them. The HGM-USB picked it all up, blew my mind. It's not as crystal clear as my regular depos, but I can hear it and make pretty much everything out. Thank goodness because not only did these people talk fast naturally, but they read super fast. I don't know how they did it because quite honestly I never heard them breathe.

I have had this court reporter USB microphone for over 2 years now and my Case Audio is perfect. Some of my friends bought low quality microphones and they cant even proof read there transcripts with their audiosyc. Most of them however, now have the Martel USB Court Reporter Microphone and they are loving life. I would plunk down the extra money to get the perfect audio I need. I have been a Certified Reporter over 33 years now and a customer of Martel's since 1983. I only use their equipment.

USB COURT REPORTER MICROPHONE INFORMATION. I have searched for a special USB court reporter microphone for over 2 months now. I have tried cheap microphones with my audiosync and my laptop and they have all sounded bad. COURT REPORTER/CAPTIONING MICROPHONES. The I tested the Martel HGMUSB, Wow. I have noticed that almost all the Court Reporters in my agency are using Martel microphones and I should have trusted them in the first place. I would recommend the Martel Court reporter microphone to every real-time reporter. I have had this microphone for over a year now and love it. I was in court yesterday and dropped it in my glass of water. I let it dry for a day and plugged it in and it works. Wow, Martel wasn't kidding about made in the USA. Its rugged and the sound quality is superior to anything I have heard before in court reporter microphones. I would definitely buy another when I need it.

Best windows 7 court microphone for reporters. I love the sound quality. It makes my depo's pop. I can even distinguish between fast talkers. I wish this was available years ago with my old laptop and AristoCAT software. I now do realtime and count on my audio recordings. This court reporter microphone is worth every penny. The best court reporting microphone to use with windows 7.

I just ordered the Elite Court Reporter Microphone HGM-USB HiGain Microphone HGMUSB (NO BATTERY!) Elite Court Reporter from Martel. I am very excited about the fact that it does not take batteries and plugs directly into my computer. I have purchased from Martel during my nine years as a court reporter and have had excellent results with their electronic devices and was worth every single penny. I have been using the Martel HGB-USB mike for the last two years. What a difference it has made! This is well worth your investment. Far superior to any mike I have had in the past. No batteries to remember. The mike is ready to go when you are. Once you use this USB mike, you'll never go back to the old battery-powered mikes again. The sound is incredible. The Martel HGBUSB special court reporter microphone increased by voice pick up range by 50 feet. I now do not have to get up for side bars I just listen through my transcription headsets. The green light indicator on the court reporter microphone lets me know its working right, its a great feature. Keep up the good work Martel.

Special court reporter microphone. I have been a realtime court reporter for 15 years. I had just bought a Toshiba Laptop with Eclipse software. I tried 3 other so called court reporter microphones before I bought the Martel HGMUSB court reporter microphone. Believe me there is a huge difference with the Martel microphone. It also has a green light indicator showing you that it is working properly. I now can pick up voice up to 100 feet, tested. It has an hearing aid ic chip that filters out the back ground noise. Do not waste time or money buy this court reporter microphone, its worth every penny.

The ultimate court reporter microphone. I have tried every court reporter microphone in the past. One of fellow court reporters recommended the Martel HGMUSB court reporter microphone. I was skeptical. Wow, It seriously is 10 times more powerful than anything I have ever used. The court reporter HGMUSB even makes my computer run faster. The green light on the microphone was a great idea I just take a look and know it is working right. This should be part of every NCRA member tool box.

It has been nearly 3 decades I have used Martel's Special Court Reporter microphone and I would not trust any other microphone. I have been a NCRA member for all that time and I have recommended it to every court reporter who uses audiosync or who it recording under pressure. Best Court reporter microphone hands down.
